4.1 Deposits. jlwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 4.3 Currency. All transactions on the jlwin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player funds at any stage.
4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering. jlwin complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. jlwin reserves the right to file Suspicious Transaction Reports and to freeze or close Accounts where transactions exhibit characteristics associated with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.

jlwin's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their jlwin Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.
jlwin does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jlwin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) business days, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, or to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.
jlwin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
